I want to invest in exercises to help my skiing / snowboarding. but mainly skiing. So i guess mainly focusing on my legs and balance. But anything would be great !
Sounds like you know what's up. Keep your thighs ready and your balance on point. Even without gym equipment you can do core strengthening to improve balance and strength.

do side jumps, squats running, and things of that nature you can also get in your skis and wrap them in towel then jump on a trampoline to improve doing tricks in the air.

Work on your quads…squats, lunges, leg presses, etc. For cardio, the bike (also works the quads!).
Sometimes gyms have special classes for skiers…you might want to check at yours.
