Im thining of planning a ski trip to colorado. Does anyone know the best place for beginners / intermediate? Im also looking for some type of lodge that would sleep 10 people. Never been skiinng…what are some of the other costs besides flight and room?
Thanks!

I would say Breckenridge Colorado. I went this past season in March and the snow was always fresh powder. There are many beginner and intermediate runs there that are perfect to learn to ski on. The town is amazing, it is exactly what one would think a "ski town" should look like. There are many condos to stay in there, check out a site called vbro.com, you can find some good deals on a condo or townhome for all 10 ppl. Added cost would be lift tickets-it is cheaper to get them in advance online then to buy them there and do not forget that you are staying at a resort so there is a resort tax on everything from food to clothing. But this was one of the best mountains I have ever been to, and I have been to quite a few!
