Taking a month-long trip to Russia. Any suggestions for a short-term international insurance provider?

Am a male aged 18-29 without any pre-existing medical conditions. Don't plan on taking part in any particularly extreme sports (perhaps snow skiing) while abroad. Will be visiting Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Krasnodar (in southwest Russia) during the trip. Thank you for any and all help! : )
I saw trip insurance available on spincitytravel.com. Check the fine print. I think it covers some international medical
