If you are skiers, then why not Alta, if you are near there? The other close option is Snowbird. Both areas are great for skiing, and I'm sure their ski schools are top notch, or at least equivalent to any other.
If you don't want either of them, then go one canyon over to Brighton or Solitude.
I don't know, I just ski at Alta. I see instructors with kids all the time. They keep the kids moving. I don't see much standing around. References : I ski at Alta…just there today actually. Good snow, but could have been better. We haven't gotten enough pow lately!
