Everyone decides for themselves! For example: if one person found a dime on the street, they might consider that “lucky”. Another person might not even bother to pick it up.

The concept of “luck” is highly subjective.

It depends on what you think of as “luck”…If you mean luck as “when something good happens in your life”, I think that, yes, a person only has so much luck.

But that is simply because I do not believe in free will. If there is no free will, and everything is fated to unravel in a certain way, then there is undoubtedly “only so much luck” for a person to have.

I believe people make their own luck in life. Take chances, take risks, make decisions. If you never did anything you would never be able to say that was good or bad luck.
In gambling I suppose – If you’re not in you can’t win.
This female skier maybe took a chance.

No. I don't believe that luck is a fundamental force of this universe. Coincidence, chance and serendipity. Not some underlying cosmic force, there's no evidence for that.

No. Sometimes things happen for a better reason.Anyway, you are not the heroine of that movie.Everybody has his own set of 'karma's' lined up which can be good/bad effect called luck.

You’re not tht person right? I believe in myself. Not because something bad happens and i think i have only so much luck in life. After all, it’s just a movie. Things aren’t real. The character isn’t real, the identity isn’t real. Don’t worry so much.
