There is skiing at Mt Bachelor often into June but i have never heard of any in July. I suppose you could check into heliskiing but can not recall hearing of any at Mt Hood. Some people train there during the summer too. I do know that not all the chair lifts operate at that time, but call the timberline lodge for more info.
