Save the shorts and t-shirts for last day festivals at your favorite resort.

Wear a light, long sleeved synthetic top (purchased at any outdoor store). That is what I use for backcountry skiing, something that wicks moisture very efficiently. With that, I recommend a vest, and a light weight, waterproof (but breathable) jacket. You can throw the vest and/or the jacket in your pack if not needed. Pants with the standard leg zips for ventilation. Wear shorts or a similar type of garment as the long sleeved item mentioned above.

For gloves, I usually use the two layer system. Glove liners and mitts over top. The mitts can go in the pack as well if too hot, but then you have them if needed.

Fashion tip: skiing with your jacket around your waste is so passe! Throw it in your pack. You should carry a light day pack anyways probably. You don't want to be spending your time going to the lodge and all!

Sun block, 100 times over. Or geek it with zinc oxide. High quality goggles or sunglasses!

Go have a party!!
References :
Although I've never ridden Tignes, I have done my fair share of Summer Skiing and Boarding. First thing, don't forget the sun screen. The summer sun will be intense regardless of the temperature. I'd say you'd be correct in assuming that you can expect just about any condition but I would lean toward warmer than colder. I would never ski in just a T-Shirt as slushy snow is very abrasive and will give you some good road-rash if you were to fall. Also, long sleeves are good protection against the sun, did I mention that the summer sun can be very intense? I good set of breathable spring gloves designed mainly to protect your hands than to keep them warm or dry are a good investment. Any kind of light weight waterproof layers are a good idea as the snow conditions will most likely be very wet but the temperatures will be too warm for a heavy jacket.

That is a ten day forecast which expects temperatures from 0c (32f) up to 18c (65f), which isn't too warm.

Have fun, I'm super jealous
